While the market is slow and home values and prices continue to decline throughout Atlanta’s northern suburbs, the in-town, or ITP, neighborhoods continue to hold there value. Homes sales and values in neighborhoods like Lake Claire and Candler Park remain strong because of a great local school system, including Mary Lin Elementary, and the strong sense of community typically seen in larger urban neighborhoods in New York and Chicago.
