Midtown Tips to the Seller’s Favor
One Atlanta realtor suggests the Midtown condo market has finally turned into the seller’s favor. “Trendgraphic, an online market reporting system for real estate, classifies a seller’s market as one with three months or less of inventory and as of May 2014 there is less than 1.9 months of existing condo inventory in Midtown.” More from the Atlanta Business Chronicle. 
Real Estate Market Shows National Momentum 
The real estate market is showing signs of a rebound nationally as sales bump 2.6 percent last month, although the south showed the smallest uptick. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has a more in-depth look.
Atlanta is Growing Up Instead of Out
Historically referred to at the “horizontal city” Atlanta has pulled focus from urban sprawl trend and is showing huge growth in multifamily housing developments. This trend is supporting the market needs and is also creating a very walkable city. Atlanta recently ranked 8th on a list naming the country’s most walkable metropolises.
